Inca's Food Mixed Sampler - Aji Amarillo, Aji Panca, and Aji Rocoto - (3) 7.5 Oz Jars

Best ajis out there. We've used this brand for over 30 years now. I love that Amazon carries these since it's so very hard to find where I live. They tastes great and give that great spice level we love. The Rocoto has a good heat level. Just remember that a little goes a long way if your looking to add some spice to the meal. I use this in my cooking and as a dipping sauce. Great price as well. Please don't discontinue these products, we love them too much!

Great deal! I love that it has different flavors

I recently purchased the Inca’s Food Mixed Sampler, which includes Aji Amarillo, Aji Panca, and Aji Rocoto. This sampler has been a valuable addition to my kitchen. The primary reason for buying this sampler was to experiment with Peruvian flavors, and it didn’t disappoint. The Aji Panca paste worked wonders in a Spicy Aji Panca Pork Stir-Fry I made. It provided a rich, smoky flavor that elevated the dish. The result was satisfying, and got an addition to my recipe collection. For Peruvian Independence Day, I decided to make Papas a la Huancaina, and the Aji Amarillo paste from this sampler was a key ingredient. My Peruvian friend, who’s quite particular about this dish, remarked that it tasted authentic. So the quality is definitely up to par. Of course, nothing will be as good as fresh peppers. In terms of pricing, I did find it a bit cheaper at an international food market later on, but having these three pastes conveniently bundled together was a time-saver. The sampler is a practical choice for those interested in exploring Peruvian cuisine and their wonderful peppers. It’s allowed me to experiment with the variety provided. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

Ordered this twice - a 50% survival rate - containers leaky or safety button popped on 3 out of 6. However, the flavor is great, so I just sucked it up.

Love all the flavours. Use them regularly

I love these Peruvian pastes. It's a sampler in the sense that there are 3 of them, but the jars are large enough for several servings for your marinade or sauce. It is reasonably priced and delicious.

When I received an opened the package, it was stained as if one or more of the jars had opened or was damaged. When I inspected each jar, 2 of the 3 were intact. The 3rd one, the Aji Panca, was stained and looked old. Just to check, I opened each jar and the 2 that looked ok opened with the vacuum "pop" so they were good. The Aji Panca did not have any vacuum pop so I knew it had already been previously opened. When I attempted to return these, it said it was not eligible for return. When I called the customer service, the automated attendant stated this order had been delivered more than 30 days ago...NOT TRUE, it was only delivered TODAY. So I spoke with a REAL PERSON and they were very helpful. They assured me I would be refunded and not to worry about sending it back, just dispose of it, which I did. Amazon Customer Service came through once again, which is why I will continue to shop Amazon regardless of remote incidents such as this.
