No, it is not vegan because it contains honey.

I am used to seeing this product in a bottle, but this description says a "3-pack". Do I get three 10-ounce bottles or what?

Yes the 3 packs I have ordered have all come with 3 10 oz bottles. In flu season you go through them fast.

Why does it contain sugar and artificial flavours? what are these artificial flavors?

You would probably have to ask manufacturers why for sure. My guess is that many herbs have a very strong taste… Very unsettling to one's unfamiliar with taking herbs and vitamins on a regular basis. So most likely it is important to have some thing to make it more palatable. For myself, the value of the product and the herbs that are contained are so healthful and healing for me as well as for my family, that it more than made up for whatever bit of extras have been put into it!
