Great for baking!
Great product! I loved the taste. This was my first time to use it. I made a Apple pie with it and what called for a cup of sugar, I used half a cup of the Allulose, it was just fine on the sweetness and wasn’t gritty or anything. The only draw back is it would have taken 95-98% of the whole bag just for the one pie. It’s $10 for around 1 cup of it...not much for the price. Makes you have gas just like the other sugar substitutes but I feel it doesn’t last and wasn’t as bad as the others. That’s the price we have to pay for not using regular sugar. I think I like it better than Erythritol and Monk Fruit. I like that it is non GMO Will try to find it cheaper though, if possible.

THIS IS NOT ALLULOSE
THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS ALLULOSE. I have grown up eating more sugar substitutes than sugar and this tastes like it's mostly, if not entirely, Xylitol. In addition to having the aftertaste of Xylitol, it also has a hint of the taste of plaster or bitterness that I can't quite place?? Honestly would not be surprised if it was powdered plaster and Xylitol... It's WAAAAY sweeter than sugar which is also a red flag. The quality is terrible. Heck, it's not even what it says it is! DO NOT BUY!!! I never leave bad reviews, but I would hate for there to be something bad in here that they've left out of the packaging that could harm someone.
