Konllen cue 🤌
Was so impressed with the quality of the Konllen cue... as soon as you hold the butt to twisting on the shaft you can just feel the quality in the craftsmanship in thier cues. Super happy and pleased. The art work down to the carbon shaft feels every bit worth every penny invested. Beautifully balanced, the grip comfortable and smooth. You can feel every shot you stroke. Definitely worth it!🙌 glad I didn't miss this sale...

Beautiful cue, I enjoy it so far.
THE BUTT The butt handle or say the entire butt is a bit slim, THE SHAFT The shaft is a bit soft in my own opinion, maybe it’s call flexibility. Overall The weight of the cue is very precise, right at 19 oz. The feedback from striking balls is solid. The cue is powerful. The logo on the shaft and the one on the butt don’t align. It costed me one star for the rating. The straightness is fine, a bit wobbling in the tip, it’s acceptable though.

Good quality
Everything arrived in n time and as expected. I’ve only used this cue a few times but I really like it. I added the weight bolts as I like a heavier cue.

poor quality of materials or workmanship
I use a cue tip protector and the first time I removed it from the Konllen cue it broke the tip (cushion ) completely off. I have ben using the same protectors on my previous cues without any problem. Obviously poor quality of glue or workmanship.

Missing Adaptor
This is my 3rd Konllen and I love them all. This one came with an extension included. However, the REQUIRED ADAPTOR to attach the extension to the butt is MISSING. How may I obtain this required adaptor????

Nice cue, poor service
Nice cue, but terrible shipping and service. The case arrived cracked with one end gone. Vendor would not replace or offer anything in the way of a replacement. Unacceptable for a 500 cue.
