Old faithful for a reason
Not much needs to be said, this stuff has been around forever for a reason. Most people (myself included) probably aren’t getting enough fibre, and while this doesn’t replace a high fibre diet, it definitely helps fill the gap. The packets are super convenient to bring along anywhere. Easy to toss in a bag or keep at work so you don’t forget. Flavour is that classic orange, and out of all the different drinks I’ve tried it’s still my favourite. Just make sure you drink it fairly quick before it starts turning into a gel… unless you’re like my weird girlfriend who waits and slurps down the gel.
