The purple one that was ordered for one of my granddaughters never worked from the start. My daughter tried several times to get it to work. but to no avail. so had to contact the seller through Amazon and cannot fault them. they advised to try a few things. which had already been tried but tried again. and got back in contact with the seller and they sent a replacement. Now i have the 2nd Granddaughter that is really Happy.brilliant service thank you so much

Got for my 8yo daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and the app is good. Down side is we only maybe would get 1 maybe 2 days before it needs charged.

Great all round fitness tracker for kids. We've bought a few different brands over the years, and this beats the Fitbit Ace as the screen is better and more colourful. Easy for me 9 year old to use. Vibrating alarm great for school mornings. Brilliant customer service. Only criticism is that is does not seem sensitive enough to pick up all my daughters's steps. But for the price this is a great item and I would recommend above the fitbit which I feel is overpriced for the functionality it gives.

I originally bought the Vigor 2 in June 23 for my daughter - (she loves it). In Sept 23 the tip of the red buckle pin broke.As the item was within it's 12-month replacement warranty I contacted BIGGERFIVE Customer Service by email and the following day was contacted about a new strap. The replacement arrived in about a week and the customer service team followed up to make sure I had received it and was happy.I couldn't fault how the replacement was handled. Brought item in October for a Christmas present, Christmas Day it got opened and worn for about 3 hours screen went funny then turned off and doesn’t turn back on only a dim light, my 6 year old is very upset about this, I tried contacting selling accepted it was Christmas and new year and no body has replied to me and it’s now impossible to contactCheers 👌

My daughter loves the watch but the battery life is absolutely terrible and have to charge it overnight every day.

Heel goede activity tracker voor kids. Is geen touch screen. Bediening gebeurd door 1 touchknopje onderaan scherm. Swipe bewegingen voor navigeren door schermen had leuker geweest maar werkt ook prima zo.Op youtube kan je genoeg terugvinden of wat dit allemaal kan.

Dit horloge heb ik gekocht voor mijn dochter van 5. Zij kan nog geen klok kijken en dus is een alarmfunctie wel handig, wat hier ook op zit. Via de app van Biggerfive kan je dat allemaal inregelen, werkt allemaal super. Maar als het alarm afgaat op het horloge, geeft deze 3 trillingen achter elkaar en that's it. Ik heb het geprobeerd op te lossen door elke minuut een alarm af te laten gaan, maar dat is zoveel gedoe. Ik had het liefst gezien dat de het horloge bleef trillen, tot er een handeling wordt gedaan, bijvoorbeeld een tik op het scherm, of een knop vasthouden. Dan is tijdens het drukken spelen wat ze soms doet minder kans dat ze het alarm mist, omdat deze maar 3x een trilling heeft gegeven.

We bought this for our daughter as a Christmas present. It was wonderful for a month until tracker wouldn’t hold a charge.A quick email explaining the issue, and within 48 hours we had a new activity tracker at our front door!!! This company really stands behind their products and has the most amazing customer service. If you are in doubt of an activity tracker for you child, I highly recommend purchasing this one - you will not be sorry. Their customer service is fantastic.The tracker is fantastic too. My daughter is having a great time trying to reach her daily step goals and monitor her sleeping habits. She loves being able to see everything on the app at the end of the day to compare where she was the day before.
