I bought these knee pads to protect my knee when I am in my Bungee excise class.fit great, great padding. I would recommend them.

Daughter used for volleyball after losing hers issued by the school, they worked just as well for the entire season. She is 5'3 140lbs fit perfect. I am 5'2 105lbs and they'd fit me too. So they do stretch nice. We're comfortable for her, no complaints all season. I washed on gentle in a netted bag for delicates and dried in the dryer, not hand wash or dry and they are still in great shape. Saving for next season.

They are good for short time use. I was doing floor dance work on a gym floor so they were constantly hitting the floor and the padding ended up becoming compressed and lost some of its support. They fit me well and i have larger thighs and calfs. They do not fall down and are a great cost efficient option

Great for in home if you need to get on your knees to vacuum pet areas or the like.

Worked perfectly, came fast, good quality, not overly bulky so can be worn under your pants if necessary.

Great knee pads for dance. I bought these going into my first heels class. These are soft, comfortable, and stay in place for the most part. I eventually upgraded to a much more durable kneepad made specifically for pole dancers, but these are great intro pads. If you're taking any kind of dance class where you want to protect your knees from the hard dance floor, these will do it. Good value for the money. I only washed them once and they maintained their shape but they do feel like they could fall apart if repeatedly washing them. I don't sweat in them during dance classes, but if these were used for sports, that's probably something you'd want to consider.
