I have used this product to repair blender covers. This product can certainly save you money. The blenders at our shop have covers with tabs in the back. The employees tend to bust these tabs. I used this to repair these blenders. Compared to purchasing new covers, this product is great. Be advised that the repair isn't as strong as a new piece (this is disclosed in the product information).

This material is the secret to repairing broken plastic tabs or recreating surface textures on broken parts. To be used with acrylic powder plastic repair products making easy work of repairing broken tabs, screw posts etc. Warm it up to about 90°f and wrap it around an unbroken tab let it cool down and then put in place of a broken tab, add some acrylic powder, activator and give a few minutes to harden. Then easily peel off (acrylic product does not stick to the molding compound but does bond to plastic surface being repaired... usually making a stronger bond than the original piece) you can then reheat the molding material and shape it to something else, use over and over and over again. Keeps shape well at temperatures below 70°f yet is flexible enough to remove while still retaining the molded shape. Super easy and fun to use. Possibilities are endless.
