great product! works to regulate your gut, does just what it says. has helped me to enjoy my life more however the last two deliveries of this product have been damaged due to rough and poor handling. damaged to the point of the blister packs being smashed open and the capsules exposed. I even make sure to order along with other stuff so it can be shipped in a box with other needs but every time it arrives by itself and lately damaged

I have been using this brand for years. They quit selling them for a couple of months at my local wally-world, so I had to resort to Amazon to get my supply replenished. For the record, the Lactobacillis in these has basically cured my lactose intolerance. As long as I gobble up one of these every day to every-other day, I can pretty much eat whatever I want since I have been using them for so long. If you are a skeptic, then I dare you to try any quality pro-biotic for a few months and see what a difference it can make. However, it will take a lot longer if you keep munching and drinking tons of dairy while you are getting your body used to them. Back off the dairy for awhile, take these and then slowly acclimate your body back into eating it again. Your immune system is also boosted from it, so enjoy not getting sick as often as an added bonus.

This product is great! I have used other "brands" in the past and recently switched to Culturelle because I was unable to find my other brand. I was very pleased, I took it with me while on vacation to Mexico and have continued to take it. I suffer from bloating and I have to say that this product has helped me tremendously and is the best I have tried thus far. I take it once a day as indicated on the box. My husband has started to take it too and likes it very much. It has definitely improved my symptoms. I will continue to buy this product and recommend it to anyone that suffers from stomach issues...it's healthy for you too.

All I can say that this thing saved my behind, and I mean that LITERALLY. Last year I ended up on antibiotics twice for 1+ month each time. The first time, I suffered during and a couple of months after the course of Septra DS. My bowels felt like they were inside out and yeast infection was ravaging my you know what. I actually had to take medication to get this taken care of. Yes, medication for side effects of another medication. I took yeast medication + Culturelle - I was already smarter then. The second time I had to take Septra, I already knew what to do. By experimenting I figured out I needed 3 of those every day for the course of the antibiotics + 3 of (much weaker) Colon Health. I wanted to take a mixture of different cultures. It was like night and day. No problems at all whatsoever. No burning, no pain, regular like a baby. I continued for a couple of months after the antibiotics but with the regular dosage of 1 pill/day. Now whenever things are not all well with my digestive tract, I just take this. This is a wonder pill and I swear by it!

My daughter has moderate autism and a lot of gut issues. We did a laboratory test of organic acids profile for great plains laboratories. She had high levels of HPHPA which is clostridia difficile. We noticed her regressions in behavior and lack of sleep from time to time and her doc says this is why. We put her on a strict grain-free, egg-free, dairy-free diet which helps as well as this lacto. GG daily, twice a day until box is gone. What an amazing difference. She does 100% better after! it was complete waste of money as it failed the milk to yoghurt test completely.milk got spoiled rather than getting fermented hence doubt the authenticity of the product Nd didn’t use it.Not a good product in the name of probiotic
