The best pre workout
This stuff is legit. No proprietary blends. All the ingredients and amounts are on the label. He’s done the research and explains why each ingredient is used and the reasons for the amount of each ingredient. I really love that it has citruline instead of the arginine most pre workouts use because it can be absorbed in your system on a full or empty stomach. I definitely prefer the rainbow sherbet flavor. It doesn’t taste great, but it’s not bad. It definitely helps to mix it up a good 10 minutes before you drink it, and don’t chug it. I drink it over 20-30 minutes to prevent upset stomach. Sounds like a hassle but it is worth it. No jitters, no tingly niacin, just clean energy and quality creatine. This stuff is worth every penny. It works.

Awesome pre workout flavor is rainbow sherbet
I have tried total war, c4, big noise, and bang. This is by far my favorite. For starters it doesn’t make my face burn or itch like some pre’s do and it doesn’t have that jittery feeling either. It actually gives a more focused and the want to keep going for a longer period of time. I have to force myself to leave the gym and even when you’re so tired you still want to do more!! I highly recommend. I have the rainbow sherbet and it’s my favorite. I hear the tangerine tastes like tang so I’ll try that next.

The best of pre-workout for price and performance and tolerance.
I've taken many different pre-workouts over the last 20 years and the quality and performance are all over the board. My favorite for a long time was surprisingly, GNC LIT. Works great but is missing some elements I want. JYM has those and makes the difference. The biggest issue being creatine. LIT uses monohydrate while JYM uses the HCL version. Monohydrate requires loading and it takes a lot. It also causes bloating. HCL does neither. Immediate absorptio, no loading, no bloating. JYM has a blend that doesn't give you the jitters or crashing. It feels good and the workouts we do it is consistent with power and endurance. It's now the go to and the only one I buy.If you're new to it I would strongly suggest you try 1/2 scoop with 16oz or so. When we do indoor climbing we drink it as a pre and intra workout. Then finish with either a protein shake or BCAA/EAA post workout drink. If you're sensitive to caffeine then be careful. Full dose has 300mg of caffeine anhydrous (most do). Taken later in the day or evening may keep you awake. It doesn't bother us but it does for a number of people. You can find some pre's that do not have any caffeine. JYM is not one of them.Last, the flavor. We like them. Rainbow Sherbet and Pink Lemonade we both like. The Dark Cherry I like but wife not the biggest fan. She likes the Strawberry Pineapple. I'm not a fan. So we keep a couple of jugs to mix it up so it doesn't get boring.Price and performance. It's worth the price compared to any other pre I've used. Their quality and consistency is there and no side effects.
