The speakers sound decent. The bass is boomy. The push connectors are a pain. The mounts are good. Bottom line it is a cheap 70 volt speaker that looks and sounds decent.

Bought a set of these speakers to add to the four I already had in my vehicle...I had two Pyle speakers in the front and two Kickers in the back, but the sound quality still was not what I was looking for until I added the Rockvilles to the two in the back, the sound quality is now amazing, the bass and the highs from these speakers are awesome. Very happy with my purchase of these Rockville speakers.

These speakers were a replacement for a set that were a few years old. They sound really great and are way better than the original. Highly recommend.

Great sound

Good budget speakers for background music. I installed them outdoors without an issue.

OK speakers. However, one of the two did not work. I traced the issue to the wire connector on the back. Apparently, the contacts inside the spring terminals rely on the flex of the speaker wire. I used fairly stiff 16 gauge speaker wire which did not flex enough to make contact the terminal contacts. To get it to work, I untwisted the stranded wire and peeled back about 1/3 of the strands to make a more flexible (and much smaller gauge) wire. I consider that a poor, untested design.

I bought this for background music in a restaurant kitchen environment. It has a knob adjustment on the back for selecting among different wattage levels for a 70V system, as well as a setting for 8 ohm. The 70V settings would be set according to the sound level desired from the speaker location vs others in a 70V system for balancing purposes. In the 8 ohm setting, this would be for when used with a standard household style amplifier.
