Is it shipped with an ice pack?  How many days does it take from the time it is packaged to the time it arrives at my house?

Mine came with an ice pack and no notice that the package was to be refrigerated. It didn’t get opened for a full day bc of this. I’ve never had this problem with amazon or amazon resellers before. Will never order from them again. Will go direct to Klaire Labs /SFI in the future. Extremely disappointed as they are not refunding me and it can’t be returned. I’m obviously not giving to my child so our $50. Crap customer service.

I've ordered these and the infant and never have they had an ice pack. Even though it's supposed to be on ice/refrigerated. Kinda sucks for the cost of it

No, I ordered several times from different vendors via amazon and first two times it was sent with an ice pack, last two times I ordered, product arrived hot and I was unable to give to my son! Called company and they told me unless, ordered from a physician's office, these so called vendors should not be selling this product and the company is not Liable for how long it has been stored or shelved without refrigeration! We have no way of knowing! I would not recommend, better to be safe than sorry!

How many bacteria per 0tablet?

25+ billion.. Lacto species is 17+ Billion and Bifido species 8+ billion. This brand was recommended to me (an adult) by my oncologist while going through chemo to help with chemo related side effects. He said this is such a strong probiotic you only need to use 1/4 to 1/2 the tablet (a child max 1/4) so the bottle lasts a while. It must be kept chilled. It has helped immensely and I highly recommend it. My husband and I have been using it for 4 months now.
