I didn't realize i needed a light to make the gel activation.

This honestly was not worth the money. Does not come with instructions. I went back to the site to get instructions and the gel was thick but at the same time, nothing was sticking to it. So, I have no idea what was the real problem.

For someone like me who likes to wear her natural nails this worked perfectly to match the broken ones to the others and sparing me the excess payment of the salon

Salons don't do silk wraps anymore because they're healthy for your nails and take time to complete. My nails turned out well. Strengthened by the silk fibers and coats of hardener. Long, string, healthy nails for me!

I haven't tried to put them on yet, because no directions came with the kit and there are 2 items in the kit that I have no idea how to use.
