Best Omega Supplement Iโve tried
Iโve tried various brands, and I highly recommend you try Omnibiotics Vegan Omega supplement! The fact that it is vegan derived is wonderful! With other supplements Iโve tried in the past I usually experience a fishy aftertaste, and the pills were a lot larger in size. I would definitely recommend trying this supplement!

High-quality Vegan DHA
I was very impressed with this high-quality vegan DHA from Omnibiotics. DHA can be quite tricky to add to a vegan diet since the majority of it is derived from fishโhowever, this DHA is derived from Algai and offers all the same benefits. The soft gels are small and easy to swallow and have less of the fishy aftertaste you associate with conventional DHA. I like the convenience of this productโjust two soft gels in the morning and I'm set. The brain/body benefits of DHA known and I personally feel improved cognitive function (decision making, stress management) while taking this supplement. I would highly recommend this product to people following a plant-based diet or anyone who wants convenient, high-quality DHA.

Vegan Omega-3 Oil, dropped triglycerides levels
My triglycerides dropped right into healthy range after taking three grams of this (3 capsules) a day for only a couple weeks.

Pills are more oval shaped, easy to swallow. No taste!
These have absolute ZERO TASTE! These are very, very easy to swallow! I take two a day before breakfast. I can't say that I have noticed a considerable difference in anything physiological since taking these, it has only been a few weeks. But I am happy knowing that I am getting safe Omega and DHA which is good for pregnancy. (I'm not trying to conceive but I'm not on BC; so I take prenatals and this supplement as a safety precaution just incase). I did a ton of research before settling on this brand and happy with the product. Also, this DOES NOT HAVE CHOLESTEROL listed as an ingredient for those of you concerned about the true vegan contents of this product. Through my own research (i'm no expert but..) I have found that plants DO have trace amounts of cholesterol but not enough to be listed, which is why I think so many vegans are under the impression only animal-foods have cholesterol.

Good Product
The only complaint I have about this product is that although it doesn't give you the typical "fishy" burps, I do still get a little "sea life" burps on occasion. It is NOTHING like the fish oil Omega-3 capsules and is much better if you take the capsules closer to the beginning of the meal vs. toward the end or after a meal. I will continue to use these as they are the best I have found.

Helps with headaches and is essential for vegans
I have chronic migraines (bummer, I know), and I have found through the years that certain vitamins and supplements help with preventing them. My cocktail includes: CoQ10, B6, Magnesium, Feverfew and an Omega supplement. I have been using flaxseed oil because it is lower cost, but this product seems to work better. I noticed that when I forgot to take them for a few days in a row, the headaches were getting worse. I am also vegan, and it's hard to get the omega we need just by food, so it's important to take an omega supplement. Since fish is a great source of omega, and I don't eat fish, I like using algae as a substitute. Maybe it's just in my head, but it makes sense to me that a source from the sea (where fish live) would be the next best thing. I feel a difference when I take this; it takes away the brain fog I sometimes feel. I highly recommend!

I believe these are some of the best without overfishing the oceans or getting the pollution.
I'm hoping it is what it says with high DHA for the brain. I was hit by a car and had an injury so I wanted to help my brain. Also, not buying krill or other ocean creatures oils is better because the ocean's are polluted and the large ocean beings need to eat more than I need to take their food. Omega 3s are higher if from this kind of source, too. They don't have a smell like others, I hope they have good effectiveness for the claimed health benefits, and they are a decent value. They may help reduce inflammation which helps stop pain.
