Q: Please can we have a review from a customer who actually purchased the product and not from 'vine' reviewers

Works BUT the version "with Jojoba Oil" has an extremely strong overpowering aroma. I cannot handle it so am giving it away to a family member. They should have made this unscented or with a neutral aroma.

Q: Pls can you tell me What pH is the Aveeno oil?

Q: Is this oil good for hives

If you have hives (urticaria), it's not going to be helped by a topical oil. You should be talking to your GP about this as it's likely an IgE reaction. I suffer from chronic urticaria myself, and needed a referral to the severe allergy clinic after initially being referred to dematology by my GP. If yours is milder, your GP will be able to help by prescribing appropriate treatment.
