I have a mixed type skin, pretty dry but tent to pimples. Could this oil make it more greasy?

I believe that I have the same skin type as you. I use this product frequently, placing a small drop on each cheek and my forehead. I never let any oil touch my nose or skin around my lips, because it will definitely give me pimples there, as that skin is already oily.

Can this be used on lips?

I don’t see why not, although it has a strong floral scent which I think would be weird on the lips, and it probably would taste terrible

Do you use sunscreen before or after application of the oil?

When I am outside, I use only a strong sunscreen recommended by dermatologist. Then clean my face and put on oil. I don't wear my make up unless going out on special occasion. I have my oil on atALL TIMES! It is the GREATEST!!!!

Scent is FAR too pungent

I'm not adverse to scents but this was over the top. Tried to use it at bedtime and literally had to wash it off due to how strong the scent was. Otherwise, I'm a fan of the Herbivore line and use several of their serums. I'll stick with RMS for the facial oil.

Smells wonderful, moisturizes dry skin

I have been using the Orchid face oil for over a year and I love it. It smells amazing (very light floral scent) and keeps my face from drying out, as I have very dry skin. I use this along with the Herbivore Botanicals Bakuchiol serum every morning (first using the serum and then applying the face oil). It leaves my face with a nice glow.

This is their best facial oil by far!

The smell is absolutely heavenly. I'd definitely say worth the money. Their other oils I have tried and just did not like the smell at all. I just threw them away to be honest.
