I recently tried the Ailaka Gel Height Increase Insoles, and overall, I'm quite pleased with them. They are incredibly comfortable to wear, and the shock absorption heel cushion pads provide excellent support. However, I was hoping for a bit more height increase from these insoles. Also, being a unisex product, I found them to be slightly narrow for my feet. Despite these minor drawbacks, they do offer good comfort and support, making them a worthwhile purchase.

Usually if I use height insoles that are more than 1inch it's noticeable and awkward when walking or doing anything physical. The 2.5cm option claims it's about an 1 inch, but I believe It gives the user somewhere under 1 in and above or at 3/4 of an inch. Depending on how much use you get on these. They're the right size for my high top shoes. Not noticeable and no awkward walking and great cushioning. I can now stand confidently at a strong 5'10 all day every day. Thanks, Ailaka.

This item is very much as described. Very helpful with my Achilles tendonitis and foot pain.

I was hoping these would help with Achilles tendinitis but they're too narrow to fit in shoes properly, and they seem more made for increasing height than as a functional shoe insert. They got returned.

I got these to help make up for a little leg length issue after surgery. For the first few minutes it seemed to be just the ticket, but after a while I noticed that it seemed to squish down quite a bit. So you may want to get a thicker lift to make up for the squish factor. But they are comfortable.

These inserts were a life saver. They were comfortable and help with an old and Achilles pain while in recovery. They are well made and I would recommend for any ankle or Achilles pain.

I bought these because of a tendon issue in one foot. It has been durable, but I flip it over each day to keep the angle that I need. I wear 2 in 1 shoe so I didn't use the sticky to put on my insert so it moves around some so have to adjust sometimes during the day.

Durch die Nebenwirkungen eines ihm irrtümlich verschriebenen Antibiotikums bekam mein Mann (er verträgt keine Fluorchinolone) eine starke Entzündung seiner Achillessehne (Tendinitis). Sein Hausarzt hat ihm - weil vor einiger Zeit bei einem ähnlichen Fall, die Achillessehne gerissen ist - das Einbringen einer bestimmten Salbe und die Schonung der betroffenen Sehne durch einen entsprechenden Fußkeil verordnet. Bei Amazon sind wir schnell fündig geworden und haben die "Ailaka Gel Einlegesohlen" bestellt, die auch innerhalb von zwei Tagen geliefert wurden. Sie werden einfach in die Schuhe eingelegt und sitzen dort rutschfest und bereiten (im Falle meines Mannes) keinerlei Beschwerden. Die Sehnenreizung war durch diese Einlegesohlen (oder durch deren Mitwirkung) innerhalb weniger Tage verschwunden, aber mein Mann behält diese Spezialsohlen noch weiterhin zur Schonung in seinen Schuhen. Mein Fazit: Die "Ailaka Gel Einlegesohlen" sind eine sehr gute Hilfe bei einem Sehnenproblem und ähnlichen Beschwerden im Fuß- und Wadenbereich (wie z.B. bei einem Fersensporn) - wie oben beschrieben - und bei dem sehr günstigen Amazon-Preis durchaus zu empfehlen. Man sollte die "Ailaka Gel Höhe Erhöhen Einlegesohlen" für alle Fälle immer zur Hand, nein sorry, fürs Bein zur Verfügung haben.

J'ai acheté les 3 hauteurs pour pouvoir mettre dans toutes mes chaussures. Elles sont très confortables et font plus effet que les semelles faites par un podologue pour une aponevrosite.
