From New York Times bestselling authors Andrews & Wilson They train to be the toughest, the smartest, the most covert operators in the worldโthey are the Tier One Navy SEALs, led by Lieutenant Commander Keith โChunkโ Redman. When a former teammate of Chunkโs is killed in a shocking ambush, rumors begin to fly that the Lion of Ramadi, the infamous Iraq War sniper who racked up dozens of American kills, has returned with a mission to target American SEALs. Chunk and his core teamโSaw, a skilled and lethal sniper; Riker, who has an uncanny ability to escape death; and Whitney Watts, a former CIA analyst who sees patterns everyone else seems to missโare mobilized to prosecute the threat. But this is no ordinary counterattack, because someone posts the details of the hit all over social media, taunting the American SEALs. Worse, the enemy seems prepared to counter all the Tier Oneโs moves, a dangerous new stage in the war on terror and a troubling sign that whoever is behind the attack is planning something bigger. Fearing they may have been duped into chasing the wrong target, Chunk and his team embark on a high-stakes cat-and-mouse mission where nothingโand no oneโis what they expect. And when their enemy finds a way to strike at the heart of whatโs nearest and dearest to them, it will test not only their bonds but also the personal sacrifices theyโve made to keep America safe. Book two in the series is a terrific story, incredible action and witty dialogue...
Book Review โ Sons of Valor II Action of Violence โ Andrews & Wilson Brian Andrews & Jeff Wilsonโs "Sons of Valor II, Violence of Action" has everything a military thriller enthusiast should come to expect from the โdynamic writing duo.โ Book two in the series is a terrific story, incredible action and witty and true dialogue that propels the narrative into the โthrill-zoneโ. The second book picks up where the first book left off โ where the Tier One Navy SEALs, led by Lieutenant Commander Keith Chunk Redman -- embark on a high-stakes โcat-and-mouseโ mission where nothing - and no one - is what they seem to be. There are some amazing twists and the plot was well thought out and shows an understanding of how terrorism is evolving and where it could be heading. This new series may be fiction, but it makes the reader think about the possibility of these terroristic acts happening for real. Andrews & Wilson know how to write action-packed sequences, realistic dialogue, and thrilling plotlines that keep the reader engaged from start to finish. They also include a well-appreciated glossary of terms in the back of their books that helps the readers understand the various military terminologies. The characters are always well illustrated, likeable, and straightforward. Even the bad guys have depth and an understandable reasoning for their malevolent actions. Action of Violence continues the storyline from the first book and is a set up for Book three in the series. Iโll pre-order it when its available! I thoroughly enjoyed Action of Violence; it was a fantastic sequel to Sons of Valor. It's very well written, action-packed, and impossible to put down. I highly recommend this book and the series. I also recommend the Tier One series too. They are both military thriller must reads!

Well written
I like the characters in the book. The authors do a great job developing and growing them. Both this book and the first in the series are well written, with several story lines coming together along the way. I already have book three.

One of the best in this series
Andrews and Wilson outdid themselves in this installment of the series. As usual, it has bad guys you love to hate, but the very personal aspect of the plot kept me enthralled to the end.

Non-stop Action!
I think Iโve run out of Andrewโs & Wilson books to read, after finishing this one! Love the storyline of Chunk & his team as they wage war against a new generation of enemies. I know this may sound like hyperbole, but thereโs literally nothing I donโt love about this story. It was engaging, it made me laugh and cry, and as always, though I know this story is fiction, Iโm left with an appreciation and respect for the work that our soldiers, operators, and intelligence officers do. I donโt know how Iโm going to wait an entire YEAR for the next book!

Sons of Valour
A good action story. A little heavy on the US patriotism and unfamiliar with British idiomatic speech. Overuse of Wikipedia detail of weapons and equipment.
