Very happy.
Bought this 3 years ago with plans to redue my bathroom lol. Finally did it. Love the tub. Alot bigger then the one i had. I am really enjoying it. Would definitely buy it again. The only 2 things i would change. 1 none slip bottom, 2 2 to 4 inches deeper. But again i am really enjoying it. Its a do it yourself project almost done.

Don't buy
This is the worst jet tub I have ever had experience with. Hasn't worked since day 1. Was offered discount to keep it so figured lets try it but countless times over and over again it has failed to work properly. Had several plumbers fix and install and still doesnt work. Worst part is- was barely discounted because soon after, we saw the price went down for everyone to our "discount price" as the regular price. Very upsetting!!!

not working yet, had for awhile, trying to get fixed with customer service
not working properly yet, the seal on the tub looks awful very messy job, dont know if it works well as has never turned on yet a problem with electronic parts.

Very relaxing
This jacuzzi tub is so worth the purchase. I sit in it every night. I have no complaints about it, although itโs only been installed for 3 full days now. I hope that I continue to love it and enjoy it.

It started leaking a year later. Customer service was horrible

Lower quality than I expected
I purchased this through Amazon. Caulking around the glass is jagged and ugly. Some can be rubbed off and the appearance cleaned up. One of the foot mounts attached to the frame underneath is welded crooked. The pads representing seat backs are cheap.
