My favorite rice vinegar
By FAR my favorite brand of seasoned rice vinegar. I’m a bit picky with rice vinegar since I use it every time I eat salad with olive oil and pepper. They stopped carrying this brand at my grocery store so I was happy to find it here. This rice vinegar is just somewhat more fruity than other ones and not too sweet

I always order the "sunimono" when I go to a Japanese restaurant. This is the stuff! Use the flavored one. It tastes just like it does at the restaurant.

Hands down, this is the best vinegar on the market today. It is surprisingly smooth, and it isn’t harsh at all. It also has a slight underlying umami I don’t sense in other brands. Highly recommended.
