Is the elephant black or gray? Ad has both colors in the description and it's confusing

I don't know about the elephant. I ordered Sisyphus in black. The elephant in the photo sure looks black to me. I would contact the company directly to see if you can get an answer OR simply order it and return it if it isn't what you expected. I love my shelf, and it's been quite a source of amusement and comment from guests.

Can I buy Sisyphus separately?

Will it hold the large rolls?

It won't hold well if you put large rolls. The one it has on doesn't stick well to the wall. You would have to try something different for it to stick well.
