Does this mat move on carpet? I need the mat to stay in place while doing kettlebell workouts on carpet. I don't want the mat to move or roll

This mat was placed on a carpet and pretty much stays in place. You might want to use a small strip of double sided tape.

I was wondering if it will stain my laminate floors?

No one from the sellers has answered this. It seems that all of these rubber an PVC mats will stain the Laminate and wood floors. Everything I researched from the floor manufacturers say do not put these mats directly on these kind of floors. I wish someone would make a mat suitable. No one claims that they are safe and guaranty non staining.
