Works as advertised. Strong, flexible, correct size. Thick aluminium, not the thin Lays-packet foil
I used this for a ceiling-mounted exhaust fan. This duct is durable yet flexible -- it did a 90 degree turn in a tight spot with no issues.I had to modify one end as the pipe the builder had left was a bit narrower than this pipe -- use a hacksaw and make four cuts (as if you are cutting a cake, or a pizza) and then make a cone.PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO USE THE RIGHT TAPE FOR THIS. PREFERABLY ALUMINIUM FOIL TAPE. OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE AIR LEAKS AND PERFORMANCE REDUCTION.

Length slightly less
Fit the space yet few inches more would have been better. Extending was tricky as seal opened at one end like folded paper. However overall structure holding up. Rats bit Cowel and entered, put a steel mesh around cowel, that solves the issue.

Short length
I ordered 10' long pipe of 6" Dia. But the actual length with maximum stretching was 7' only. The 6" cowl which I received is oval shape and not circular. So don't purchase this brand because it's of very inferior quality.

Not happy with the length
This duct pipe I ordered was of 10 Feet. But when I stretched the duct pipe to install. It was hardly 6-7 Feet. So the length is not given as promised. And since my Chimney was kept on hold for the install just because of the pipe. I didn't replaced it. Otherwise. I would have. Make sure always order Duct pipe before ordering the Chimney.
