I just tried one and yes the blade sticks to a magnet I have on my fridge. Good to know

Are these made of 18/10 stainless steel?

I don't know, however their website states: "each knife is made from 100% lightweight stainless steel".

Are these dishwasher safe?

I wouldn't wash anything with wooden handles in the dishwasher.
