My Absolute Favorite Fish

Chilean Sea Bass is such a flavorful, meaty fish, I can’t get enough of. Of course, I purchased this box pre-pandemic period so the price was expensive (at approximately $300), but tolerable but now, with the cost of everything skyrocketing, I can’t afford it and I doubt the price will ever go back to where it was.
