Can I use this without the glass bulb cover?

Not a good idea. It would get all the greese etc. on to the connections and would not be easily cleaned. I found that the cover was easy to remove and replace. Also Halogen bulbs do not like being touched at all - it shortens their life. Hope that helps.

Will it fit main oven of aeg dce731110m?

I don’t know about specific makes. I removed the old bulb from my oven and took note of what it was then ordered the same one.

I googled the make and model of my oven to double check the correct bulb. I also unscrewed the old one from cooker and sometimes you can see the details on the metal rim of bulb

I guess that something is better than nothing. Put the new cover on asap - as there are more than one bulb you will have another relacement. If you use the oven without the cover it will allow the grease etc. to get at the connections. Up to you....

Fitted my AEG Double Oven and alot cheaper than the one from the manufacturer

This is a direct replacement for my AEG Oven and so far is working very well. It had good reviews and was cheaper than the one from AEG and to be fair I do not think AEG make bulbs as the bulb I removed had another name on it so they are just ripping people off.
