Love that you can get immune help right on Amazon! Basic ingredients, tastes great, keeps you healthy for longer! Wish they were a bit bigger in size, but still good quality and effective!

This stuff tastes like heaven and really does help keep the colds away in the winter. We buy it every time it gets cold and everyone takes a dose a day...we rarely get sick.There are chemicals in both the flowers and berries of this plant that are supposed to help reduce swelling in mucous membranes like sinuses and help relieve nasal congestion. The berries are also a good source of Vitamin A, C, B6 and have a lot of fiber.Studies show that these berries have the same abilities as blackberries and black raspberries to seek out and kill free radicals in the body. Can't beat that!

We love this elderberry syrup. We only take it when we start having cold symptoms (because of the cost factor), and it greatly reduces the symptoms and the duration of a cold. One 4 fl oz bottle doesn't last long though. Colds usually affect more than one person in a family (we have 3 children). There are 12 adult servings in one bottle (or 24 children's servings). For intensive use, 4 servings a day are advised. Worst case scenario: for a family of 2 adults and 3 children, with intensive use the bottle doesn't even cover 1 entire day... Very effective, but very expensive.

We use elderberry syrup daily for immune support. As a family who turns towards a natural way of life, this Organic Sambucus has been a life saver. It tastes delicious, almost like a tart berry syrup. My 3 year old loves it, making it easy to take daily without a struggle. The ingredients are all understandable with no hidden ickiness, and the fact that its organic is a huge plus. I buy this twice a month, and will continue to do so. It is absolutely the best elderberry out there!

I have been using this for both myself and my toddler for quite a while. I'd love to make my own elderberry syrup but it's time consuming and I never seem to get around to it. I like that this is organic and that it doesn't have a ton of additives (some of their formulations also add in echinacea, for example). I work in a school and my son goes to day care and I really feel this has helped us ward off some of the illnesses we are exposed to constantly. It has a great flavor, so my son actually asks for his "vitamins". I knocked off one star because it is very sweet and I don't think that is necessary (or the best, given that it is a health supplement).

I always have this elderberry syrup on hand. Not only is it a natural alternative to cough syrup and other unsafe medicine like zicam, but it works better than those products! As soon as I feel the onset of a cold, I take this. I also give it to my 2 year old son and it always boosts his immune system when he's starting to feel under the weather. He loves the taste, as do I. I know moms who have cured whooping cough with elderberry syrup. If you're looking for a daily immune booster, or just here and there to shorten the symptoms and duration of an illness, try this.

I initially bought this when we are all coming diwn with colds. My cold was stopped in its tracks and better in 2 days. I did do some more research on other uses for elderberry and read on multiple reliable sources that it helps relax muscles and reduces inflammation. I have to say my back and headaches are much less as is the tightness in my neck and shoulders that caused the pain. It tastes, to me, like slightly concentrated grape juice. Sweet with a little bitter/sour, but not bad. The 4 oz bottle contains 12 , 2 tsp doses. So only 3-5 days if taken as directed. Not meant to be taken long term, but neither are most medications. I will be ordering more for sure and ordering a larger bottle.

Organic Sambucus helped me immensely the last time I had a cold. I would take a dose and feel better almost immediately. It also prevented my husband from getting sick and shortened the time my kids and I were sick. It also tastes very pleasant! I tried the non organic kind as well and it did not seem to work at all for me. This product is worth every penny and I recommend it to anyone and everyone to boost their immunity.
