Perfect Dessert for My Office Desk Drawer - Satisfies Sweet Tooth Without the Sugar Crash
I work in an office and my biggest struggle is the afternoon energy crash where all I want is something sweet. Before I found these I was hitting up the vending machine almost every day for candy bars or cookies, and then I'd feel terrible an hour later when the sugar crash hit. I knew I needed to find a better option but most "healthy" snacks either taste like cardboard or don't actually satisfy the craving. These Quest frosted cookies have been a total game changer for my workday. I keep a box of them in my desk drawer at work, right next to my stapler and sticky notes. They're individually wrapped which is perfect because I can just grab one when I need it without worrying about the rest going stale. The twin pack thing is nice too - two cookies is the perfect amount for an afternoon snack. First time I tried them I was honestly shocked at how good they taste. The chocolate cake flavor tastes like an actual dessert cookie, not like protein powder disguised as food. They've got this soft cake-like texture with frosting on top that's genuinely sweet and satisfying. If you handed me one of these without telling me it was a protein cookie, I'd just think it was a regular cookie. What I love is that they actually kill my sweet tooth craving without making me feel guilty or setting off a sugar binge. Regular cookies from the vending machine would give me that initial sugar high and then I'd crash hard and want more sugar to compensate. These don't do that at all. The protein content (11g per serving) actually keeps me satisfied and I don't get that crash or the immediate urge to eat more junk. The macros on these are honestly impressive. Only 1g of sugar which is wild considering how sweet they taste. They use alternative sweeteners that don't have that weird aftertaste that some protein products have. I've tried other brands of protein cookies before and a lot of them have this chemical-y taste, but these genuinely just taste like a good cookie. I've also started keeping a couple in my gym bag. I work out after work most days and sometimes I need a little something before my workout but don't want a full meal. One pack of these cookies gives me enough energy to get through my workout without feeling heavy or bloated. The protein is good for recovery too, though I usually have a proper protein shake after I'm done. The portion size is perfect. Two cookies feels like you're actually eating a real snack, not just a tiny sample. Some protein snacks are so small you need to eat like three of them to feel satisfied, but these are a good size. Each cookie is probably like 3 inches across, so the twin pack is definitely enough. I've tried a bunch of different flavors of Quest stuff over the years - their protein bars, their chips, their other cookies - and I'm pretty loyal to the brand at this point because their stuff actually tastes good. These frosted cookies might be my favorite product of theirs. They feel more like a treat than their protein bars do. My coworker saw me eating these one day and asked about them. She's trying to lose weight but has a massive sweet tooth, so I let her try one. She immediately ordered a box for herself and now we both keep them in our desks. She actually said they've helped her stop going to the coffee shop downstairs for those giant sugary muffins every afternoon. One thing I will say is they're definitely richer and more filling than regular cookies because of the protein content. I can demolish like 5 regular Oreos without thinking, but with these, the twin pack actually fills me up. Sometimes I'll even just eat one cookie and save the other for later because they're pretty satisfying. The price is higher than regular cookies obviously, but I think it's worth it considering what you're getting. I'd rather spend a bit more on something that's got decent nutrition and tastes good than keep wasting money on vending machine junk that makes me feel terrible. Plus when you break it down per serving, it's comparable to buying a fancy coffee drink, and this is way better for you. They don't need to be refrigerated which is great for keeping them at my desk. I've had the same box in my drawer for like a month and they're still fresh. The individually wrapped packets keep them from getting stale or dried out. I did accidentally leave one in my car during summer and it got a little melty, but once it cooled down it was fine. I've recommended these to my mom who's diabetic and trying to watch her sugar intake. She loves having something sweet she can enjoy without spiking her blood sugar. She keeps them in her purse for when she's out running errands and needs a snack. The chocolate cake flavor is my favorite but I've also tried the birthday cake and blueberry cobbler flavors. They're all good, but something about the chocolate cake one just hits different. It really does taste like chocolate cake with frosting, it's impressive how they nailed that flavor. If you're looking for a desk snack that actually tastes good, keeps you full, and doesn't derail your nutrition goals, these are perfect. They've completely replaced my vending machine habit and I genuinely look forward to having one every afternoon. Way better than the sugar crash cycle I was stuck in before.

AMAZING
Very moist , great rich flavor profile, smaller than the average cookie but are very thick and cakey . this flavor is literally just like chocolate cake (flavor and texture). Easily one of the best cookies/flavors they have . very satisfying and pairs great with milk!

Gluten free, deliciousness
They taste like old school chocolate frosted chocolate doughnuts! Delicious! Low sugar, more like a soft baked cookie. They are expensive here but look for sales like we do and stock up. Tiny size but good protein for the size. Gluten free too! Yay!

Good stuff, but can be expensive
These are really good! Very tasty and fill you up. I got them on sale, but regular price is way to much!

Good low carb treat
Good treat with a low carb content. They are relatively filling, making them a decent value for the money. Individually wrapped, so they are always fresh. The taste and texture is good, very good chocolate flavor and a soft cookie/cake texture. I love these for a low carb treat!

Good Chocolate Cookie
Guilt free chocolate cookie. No rise in blood sugar and easy on the stomach. The bars cause me a lot of gastric distress but these donโt. Put them in the freezer - they wonโt freeze but they will get nice and cold and are even tastier. A winner!

Great taste
Very tasty for sugar content. Wish there was more protein in them, but very moist for a low net carb brownie

Little cookies
Taste is good but these are very small. Iโd say about 3 bites. Not worth over $1 per cookie. Will not purchase again.

Good but not very filling
I love Quest protein bars, but these cookies aren't quite as great. The taste is good, and they are definitely low-carb, but they are nowhere near as filling/satisfying as the bars so they're more of a quick snack. If that's what you're looking for then they are a great choice.
