Super delicious! I'm on my third bottle of this. It typically lasts me 3-4 years, well beyond the "best by" date. For such a high quality oil, I find it to be a good value. It smells and tastes heavenly. It's a perfect size for my use. Sometimes I keep it in the refrigerator to help preserve it, since I don't use that much of it that often. But it keeps pretty well in a non-refrigerated cabinet, if you prefer. We love this in a sauce/marinade I make with soy sauce, rice vinegar, freshly microplaned ginger, minced/planed garlic, mirin (or sake & a little bit of added sugar). It's delicious on fish, chicken, or just about anything you can think of. The savory flavor of the toasted sesame oil really elevates it. Be aware that toasted sesame oil doesn't have a very high smoke point, and high heat destroys the delicate flavor anyway. Keep the heat down, or add a little bit more after removing from heat.

I absolutely love this sesame oil! It has a rich, toasted sesame flavor with the perfect nutty taste that adds incredible depth to recipes. This sesame oil tastes and smells very fragrant of toasted sesame seeds and smells very aromatic. I have tried other brands, and found myself disappointed and not impressed with the flavor or aroma of their sesame oils. I will keep purchasing this high quality product in the future!!! Great value for the size of the bottle, also. I can tell only high quality ingredients are being used.

I have gotten this sesame oil many times and it is great quality. The value for the 16 ounce size is wonderful. Taste great and makes Asian dishes especially Taste very good.

Very happy with this sesame oil. Great taste, love the smell, great for cooking and just add to a salad, need very little to get the great toasted sesame taste.

The oil doesn't have a strong toasted flavor... it's not much different than a regular sesame oil.

product NOT as advertised. Listed as 6 x 500ml ( $13.07/L) for around $40 but what you receive is 1 x 500ml total, can came in dented (see picture) Country of origin stated as Japan, Mexico when in fact product is stamped at the bottom as Product of Taiwan. DO NOT BUY
