I have been fishing with this set for two seasons now. Been using this set , and only this set,(as a challenge in simplicity) and caught a ton of crappies and bass with it. I shorten the tails often as they seem to get bites too far from the hooks but that s it .

I fish for trout and you may say “ why don’t you use trout magnets” , I do but theses work well for trout as well , especially the bigger ones
