What refill do i use with the uni kurutoga mechanical pencil standard, 0.5mm?

You can use .5 lead from anywhere, but the kurutoga leads are specially made to help with the consistent wearing of the tip so that its the most even.

Is this pencil number 2. Can i use on the usa scantron test sheet

You can buy .5mm HB lead for this pencil and that would be the equivalent to a number 2.

Is this pencil good for drawing manga and illustration?

This is a matter of personal opinion. I do not find these good for drawing characters and illustrations because I prefer a sharper point for drawing. These pencils constantly rotate the lead so it stays evenly worn. This creates more of a blunt lead. This is great for mechanical drawings, architecture and such. Hope this helps.

What size eraser does this pencil use?

I phoned Mitsubishi Enpitsu to ask yur question.They said that the length of its eraser was 8mm and width was 5mm.
