Bought this to fill out a skirt. I have a size 36 in waist and this thing hardly velcros together... It works for a costume but is really short on me (5'9) and is really tight. But is okay for a costume and you can't beat the price.

first off doesnt tell you you need a size second the hoops are awful they flip when its on you in turn flips up dress i would not recommend this
