If you bought the 3.5" version, how well has it worked out for you?

Its worked out fantasically. This year has been perfect early season weather for tomato, pole bean, and eggplant growing. These trellises have held up under heavy loads, and never torn. They have survived hot sun, heavy rains, and heavy winds. They have even survived the pecking attacks from our flock of chickens. We highly recommend them.

has anyone purchased the 3.5 inch mesh? which is better for string beans? tks!

this one works great for string beans. It is close enough to hold but not prohibit growth.

Does this trellis net shed fibers, especially when being cut for harvest? This seems to be a common issue among polyester trellis nets.

I use the green garden sticks with this net and Tied up with rope around it. It works for me.

Is this strong enough to trellis cantaloupe?

Not sure seems strong enough, I would think it would be about achoring it . Seems more than strong enough to hold the weight

Not for plant protection

This trellis is HUGE,. It what i was expecting. This will not protect plants from anything. That's what I bought it for.

Excellent Product!

I purchased these to provide a "tent" environment for our lemon cucumbers. Worked like a charm with my husband's PUC pipe set up. Excellent product and would purchase again.

Just OK for trellising

Pretty flimsy for trellising, it needs to be secured on all sides to really provide a stable trellis for plants. The holes are quite big when pulled taut.

Great vine training aid

Really good for training young vines onto a fence where there isn't anything to then to wind onto. Easily attached with tie wraps. Only complaint is that it's a little confusing when you're taking it out of the package and/or trying to cut it into smaller sections
