Has the anthroquinones been removed from the aloe Vera?

I have no idea. I just know it helps

How much psyllium powder is in each capsule? (I'm trying to figure out the dosage compared to Metamucil.)

Our product is a proprietary blend so we aren't at liberty to disclose the exact amount of each ingredient. I can however tell you that there are 11 ingredients in total and psyllium is the most abundant. The serving size is 2 capsules and contains 1532 Mg. So if you divide 1532 by 11, I can tell you that more than 139 Mg of that daily dose is psyllium.

Is this product good for ibs-c? see a lot of reviews and good comments from people with ibs-d...

I would encourage you to read our reviews where people mention IBS-C below. I think you'll be impressed. https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B01M2Z0MHE/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_viewopt_kywd?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=five_star&reviewerType=all_reviews&pageNumber=1&filterByKeyword=ibs+c#reviews-filter-bar

Can the capsule be open

Yes, absolutely. We've had customers say that they've opened the capsule and added the contents to applesauce, yogurt, or a small glass of juice or likewise, and were still able to get the same great IBS relief.
