I will attempt not to bore you with the long story of my four-and-a-half-year battle against bloating, burping, abdominal pain, constipation, headaches, dizziness, and lethargy. After multiple physician visits with my GP and two different Gastroenterologists, and more medical testing than either me or my insurance company care to remember, I have been diagnosed with everything from, SIBO to IBS-C to my personal favorite insult: "you are swallowing air". The only air I swallowed that day was from a so-called physician who treated me like I was too stupid to know my own body. Someone who shouldn't be allowed to be a physician, let alone a surgeon, who exudes the attitude of I don't know so I don't care, rather than the do no harm oath he was sworn to uphold. OK, rant over. I've tried everything suggested to me from going sugar free, to the low FODMAP diet, to giving up dairy, which I love, gluten which is also close to my heart, and half the fruits and vegetables I am so fond of. I stopped eating out, stopped laughing, stopped enjoying life all together, and marital intimacy became almost non-existent because I felt bad all of the time. I stopped anti-acids and Proton pump inhibitors, which interfere with proper digestion. I have practiced vagus nerve meditation and yoga, relaxation breathing and any stress eliminator I could find including painting for hours on end to keep from thinking about how bad I felt. All the while, I became more and more paranoid about food, and social activities and life in general. My wonderful understanding husband has done more to help me than anyone with a Doctorate ever has. He has researched relentlessly, found OCTs that may help, and read me many articles when I felt too bad to even look at the computer. Recently we came upon IBS Solutions by Super Naturals, and I was quite impressed with the reviews. I figured it was worth a try. We ordered it, and I stopped the prescribed medication I had taken for 3 months with no results. It arrived overnight, and I anxiously took the first capsule. Not much happened the first day, except some strange gut gurgling. The second day, I alleviated a bit after 5 days of no BMs. This morning, day 3, I took the capsule as soon as I got up. 3 hours later, I had the smoothest, most complete elimination I have experienced maybe ever, at least not in my recent history of a long life. Now I don't know if this is a miracle cure or Devine intervention. I just know that this is the first time I have felt this good in years, and I am actually hopeful. Will it last? I don't know. But I am going to stick with it and see. If your journey sounds similar to mine, consider giving this a try. It may be worth the risk. It has been for me so far. If anything changes, I will update my review. For right now I am enjoying a flat tummy for the first time in a very long time.

Really helped within that 60 day window! I ended up having colitis but this product still helped regulate me. Grateful 💖

It works well, takes a bit of time to build up in your system, but I have been using it for some time now and it does aid in my digestion. I really notice a difference when not taking it.

Nothing worked that my Dr prescribed. I found this on Amazon and after reading reviews I gave it a chance. Felt better after few weeks. Symptoms were manageable and improving.

This product is not a good product for me, unfortunately. I have had IBS C all my life (I’m 43) and was very excited about this product after the reviews I read. I have only taken 3 doses - 1 the first night when I received the bottle; 1 - yesterday morning; 1 - last night; each time I took the pill, I drank 8 ounces of water with it. My first does, I was unsure when to eat, so I ate an hour after taking it - I got more bloated than usual and had indigestion; the second dose, I drank 8 ounces of water and then I ate 30 mins after taking it - it sort of felt like it was working but then I just started to belch and was gassy, I also noticed that I had pain in my lower abdomen. I did have a small bm after an hour of eating though, which was surprising to me and I figured that yes, it was working. Please understanding that I am very sensitive to anything that I put in my body usually and have a lot of food related allergies that can develop very quickly after eating something that my body does not like (in addition to environmental allergies). Anyway, after taking the supplement and throughout the rest of the day, I became very congested and sneezy, I also continued to experience a slight cramping sensation in my lower abdomen - at this point I figured that it must be the pill because I did not change any other factor. After all of this, I still persisted in taking the 3rd dose and this time, I ate food right after taking it. Again, I became congested and sneezy and the pain in my lower abdomen continued. I did not have any other bm. I woke up this morning and after not taking the supplement for more than 12 hours, I feel so much better! No pain in lower abdomen, no sneezing, no congestion. I was truly hoping that this supplement would work for me but unfortunately it has not :(

I tried this product out of desperation. For the last five years or so I have been suffering from rather severe IBS symptoms, and I had just about decided to give up trying to deal with it myself. I had been making anywhere from six to eight urgent trips to the bathroom every day, and I am not exaggerating. I had foods that I would avoid like the plague. I completely quit drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. I was on a regimen of fiber/probiotics/food enzymes every day, having tried the FODMAP thing a couple years back and that only helped for about a week. But as of late it seemed that everything was not working anymore. I would get that bloated feeling again after almost every meal, and my gut would rumble and be angry all day despite the supplements I was taking. And the urgent bowel movements returned, which is a huge problem because I work a very physical job and sometimes I have to work on the road going to job sites where there isn't access to a bathroom. And taking a road trip to visit family became a nightmare, having to stop at almost every rest stop and gas station along the way. So I was ready to throw in the towel, go to a specialist, and probably get on some expensive prescription medication that may or may not have side effects. But before I could make an appointment, I did one last internet search and I came across IBSolution. I read the reviews, and some of the people sounded just like me, and it sounded like it was helping them. At this point I had become pretty much a Doubting-Thomas, but I thought I would make a last ditch effort and give it a try. I ordered a bottle. I started taking this product about a month ago, and immediately stopped taking all of my other supplements just to see what would happen. Now I read in some of the reviews that this stuff takes about a week or two to have an effect, and I suppose everyone's condition is different, but let me tell you that for me it started working almost instantly. I mean the first day. My belly was quiet for the first time in years, and I went almost a whole day between bathroom trips. I thought maybe it was a fluke (Doubting-Thomas emerging again), so I stuck with it for a week. Not only did it continue to work, but I could also get away with eating a few foods that I didn't dare touch before. For the first time in years I felt kind of like a normal person! Last week I made a thirteen-hour one way drive to visit family, and I had zero problems the whole week while on vacation. I even had a couple cans of beer to celebrate! Just to give some added endorsement, I will say that after tax this stuff costs me about $27 a month. Compared to the $75 per month I used to spend on supplements, this seems like chump-change. If you can relate to this condition at all, please give IBSolution a try. It is low cost, and I can't even fully describe the positive effect it is having on my day to day life. I will update this review down the road if anything changes, but so far so good!

I have had IBS C for years. I have been on all prescription medications that either are too strong or do not work. So, I have been struggling with multiple OTC daily. I need to rotate them so that they still work. I bought this and it works. I have multiple BM daily without urgency. I do still tke mag citrate caps and solace daily as I feel I still need them but so far this has been working very well. Fingers crossed it continues. Only thing I feel this should be cheaper for the products contained in it. Four stars due to the price which is comparable to prescriptions with use of insurance.
