This is my first time using a gel polish that requires curing with UV or LED light. I was skeptical because I've been doing my own nails forever with regular polish and some fast-drying types, and I'm pretty good at it. But it does take a long time to dry, and I end up doing them over a couple days to really let them harden, which gets in the way of other activities. SO - I bought a very inexpensive light, some inexpensive base- and top-coat, and this set of six Modelones holiday nail colors as a frugal way to dip my toes in so to speak. Well I'm very surprised - not just the great quality, but that I did a pretty good job and it was a quick process all the way through! These pictures show almost two weeks wear, and they still had perfect gloss, no chipping, no scratches or dulling, no wear at the edges, no lifting (these are my natural nails btw, no tips). The polish is very smooth and easy to apply, and the color is quite saturated, so you may be able to use just one coat like I did. That may depend on the color you choose. All in all a great value and I've already bought another set of colors by Modelones.

This is a terrific thermal set. Some of the polishes have sparkles, and some are solid. They are true to temperature changes even with a top coat over them. The polish itself was a little on the thicker side but not clumpy. I'm not sure if that was intentional or if it was getting older. It goes on well and cures nicely. I did three coats on the hand with the solid color, curing 60 seconds between coats, and then a top coat curing for 120 seconds. The hand with sparkles was much thicker and due to that I only used two coats, curing 60 seconds between coats, then a top coat curing for 120 seconds. Both hands turned out very nice with no base coat. I used these colors over completely clear Una Gella thick full cover nails. The colors are vibrant and the overall look is great.

I really like this modelones Gel Nail Polish Kit. The colors are beautiful, easy to apply, and look very shiny after curing. It gives a nice salon-style manicure at home and lasts well. Great quality for the price.

Great value for the price, decent sized bottles. Not all the colors are exact matches to the photos though. I would say that all the lighter color shades are just pink and closely the exact same for the set I got. The two darker colors were what made me get it and those are good matches. Easy to apply, cured well, very nice neutral tone on the darker colors

Really happy with this gel nail polish kit. The colors are gorgeous and very wearable. neutrals that work for everyday looks and feel elevated without being overdone. The bottles are on the smaller side, which is worth noting, but the quality of the polish itself is genuinely good. Goes on smooth and the finish looks professional. Would definitely buy again. The colors are nice but I wasn’t too thrilled at how easily it peels off. I would’ve got regular nail polish if I didn’t intend for them to last. You have to use a VERY thin layer of polish if you want them to last but then the color doesn’t appear as solid.

Excellent colors! Love the glitter polishes and these are great! Needs 2 coats or a color underneath, but still they really are great! Going on 3 weeks now!

Very pigmented Beautiful colors and easy to use. The bottles are just very small so you don’t get a whole lot.
