Dragon Ball Z Kakarot (Nintendo Switch)

My son downloaded the demo to this game online and was it disappointed when he got the game for Christmas and hasn't been able to put it down since. If your child has any knowledge of the Dragon Ball Z series this is definitely the game for them as it allows your child to play through all of Dragon Ball Z's main enemies as different characters.

Open world Dragon Ball Z games are always great. Definitely enjoyed my time with it.

Bought for my son for Christmas he loves it

This game is pretty cool. It plays great on the switch. It's basically like playing through the original show. Story line follows the show perfectly. If you're a 90s kid, chances are you're gonna enjoy this game. Very nostalgic feel for me. At first I was like alright idk about this game. I got past that, and gave it a chance. I'm glad I did because the games cool, and I enjoyed playing it enough that I bought all the DLC. The DLC for this game is great as well. Anyway I would highly recommend this game for any DBZ fans, or 90's kids who watched the show growing up.

3 stars for the game, the fourth star because it came quickly, neatly, and packaged prettily.It's a very pretty game. "Playing the anime" is something I think everyone wants from games, and when it isn't being tedious, it definitely delivers. The game is just kinda.... boring. Big empty open worlds with very little to do except going to the next mission. Occasionally you get to feel really cool for pulling off some interesting moves in combat and you REALLY feel like one of the Z fighters, but I'm sure one of the many fighting games is better than this.
