Does this product come with everything needed to install both hot and cold water?

Yes, sort of. It is intended to connect into the hot water supply of a nearby sink, with a tube that is 2.2 meters long. If your hot water supply is further, or under the floor, you will need to make a trip to the plumbing store to get the materials you need to tap in.

How hard is it to install?

Pretty simple installation, as long as your existing fittings are standard. I have that I installed pretty easily? And one that I can't install just yet because I have to change some fittings out.

will this work with a raised toilet seat?

I don't think there is enough adjustment in the spy heads to allow for the height of the raised seat to be effective.

For a larger person, is there enough space between the control panel and toilet to be comfortable?

My husband is 6’3” and close to 400# and he didn’t say there were any issues with reaching the controls. We have one now that has a remote control which eliminates the side panel.
