CabinMax Easyjet Cabin Bag 45x36x20 Underseat Cabin Bags & Travel Backpack

**Note: This review is for the 32l hybrid cream and grey bag. I can’t see it as an option on this listing at the moment however** A brilliant little bag, it came with me all around Japan for a two week trip. I decided to go with the slightly smaller one and it seemed to be fine for the cabin of all my flights (note - these were long haul flights so not the Ryanair’s of the world so I can’t vouch for them being acceptable there) I ended up using this plus a sling bag and a tote, which worked well for me. The wheel/backstrap functionality worked brilliantly - I tended to pull it along more than carry it in the end. I was a bit worried about the wheels being a little fragile but they stood up to some rough surfaces ok. Not sure if they’ll last over the longer term, but they’ve done well so far. The only negatives I would say are: - the compression steps inside the bag are very stretchy and elastic, so don’t really ‘compress’ - the main bag is quite rigid, it doesn’t have lots of elasticity so it’s a bit harder to squeeze stuff in. - it’s a single rod handle so not as stable as a wheelie with a standard handle. That’s probably why it’s not as long either (otherwise it would be even less stable). I can see it might not be long enough to suit anyone over 5’ 10” for long periods of time. Those points didn’t really affect me hence sticking with the 5 stars. Overall I was very impressed and am going to hopefully use for it many more years to come. It gave me the freedom I needed to carry it like a backpack yet the flexibility to wheel along when I needed to let the Earth take the weight!

I don't write reviews in general..but this case was so good. I needed an underseat cabin bag for easyJet...this was perfect. I was skiing in France for a week and thought I would set myself a challenge to see if I could get it In a bag I didn't have to pay for. This bag and 6 vacuum bags ( such a brilliant idea for compact travel) saw one pair of padded snowboard trousers, one large microfibre towel, one pr of comfy "slobs" ..5 pairs of boxers, 5 t shirts, one thermal pr of tights/leggings, one long sleeved top, 4 prs of socks one pr of long snowboard socks toiletries including shower gel, contact lens cleaner, shampoo, toothpaste brush etc ... Sun glasses case... 4 bourne blu rays..( random!) it fitted perfectly ... Zips were solid. What I particularly liked was the ability to go from ruck sack to pull along .. we parked in mid term at Luton and we always walk to the terminal...so I chucked it on my back...perfect. Once in the airport I turned it into a pull along ..the wheels were beautifully smooth.. the handle just the right height for me (5'11 with short legs long torso) Frankly I couldn't say enough good things about this bag... It simply worked...saw me through the week and saved me more than the cost of a cabin bag for a return flight...so next trip ( April) and I'm already in credit...just brilliant.

This is a neat bit of kit. It seems generally very well constructed and a lot of care appears to have been taken with the design. The capacity is small, but by design, because that's all the space you get with EasyJet... Within that inherent limitation, this is a good piece of luggage. I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality, the overall look and feel of the product and the materials from which it was constructed. It has a large main compartment and a couple of helpful thinner pouches for books, small electronic devices, passports. The wheels seem solid and the pull out handle is good. The flap that conceals the rucksack straps, folds over the wheels to prevent the carrier's clothes getting dirty, which is a nice touch. The rucksack straps are not especially padded or terribly adjustable compared to an expensive hiking rucksack, but, again, one wouldn't necessarily expect that at this price on something that is designed to dash through airports. Overall, a good and useful product, which I would recommend.

This is an excellent bag. I used it on a recent trip where I had to take 2 large suitcases. I needed to be hands free. I used this as my carry on luggage. It held enough for a weeks holiday. I used it as a backpack when needed my hands and then I converted it to a trolley case. Fantastic design. Just what I wanted.

The bag is a decent size and can get what I need in for a few days away, construction quality overall is pretty good, although I bought a larger size trolley bag for a similar price a year or two before which was better. This bag works for easyJet carry on, the larger one doesnt. The only things I don't like are the zips on the two front pockets, they are vertical up the side, if left open things can fall out, and the strap to slot it over a suitcase handle is very tight, but overall I am happy with it, think it's reasonable value for money.

This is a good looking, lightweight and well made cabin bag with strong zips and good quality fabric. I really like the clever "dual use" design - either pull-along bag or backpack. I can vouch for the comfort of using it as a backpack, having tried it briefly and it's an ideal size for camera kit and all necessary bits and pieces for a journey. Apart from the main compartment, there are useful pockets for documents / tablet or even a small laptop. I would guess it may be a bit small for a long weekend trip away, but for overnight or a journey, it's ideal.

Cabin max is a perfect size for cabin baggage either under seat or overhead locker. It has loads of space, with outside pockets for I-pad & passports & keys etc. it cleverly converts into a backpack too. It is also made from recycled bottles which I also liked very much. The wheels run smoothly, and the handle is very sturdy. If you buy cabin max you will not be disappointed.

Come altri bagagli cabin max è veramente ottimo; della serie manhattan possiedo anche altri zaini di tutte le dimensioni e appena ho visto questo l'ho comprato immediatamente senza pentirmene. Il materiale e le cuciture sono, dopo solo 2 viaggi, solidi; molto facile trasformare lo zaino in trolley e le ruotine si possono coprire aprendo la sacca che contiene gli spallacci, chiudendola con doppio velcro e non sporcando la schiena nell'utilizzo come zaino. È presente anche una fascia che permette di agganciarlo all'asta di una valigia-trolley più grande. L'unico aspetto negativo, ma insito nel concetto stesso di zaino ibrido, è che la barra di trascinamento estraibile dall'interno, limita un po' la capienza. Non ci sono molte tasche, anche esterne, e in quella per tablet ecc. non si possono superare i 12" circa. Nel complesso sono completamente soddisfatto.

Quality is perfect,but size too small for me.Volume is even lower than my backpack for travelling.but if it’s what you need it’s matches perfectly

La compre para tener la opción de llevar una maleta en algunos viajes pero que me permitiese no cargarla en algunos momentos. Es una maleta cómoda y amplia, tiene muy buenos acabados y además, aunque esto no es tan importante, es muy bonita. El espacio principal permite llevar la ropa bien organizada. Los bolsillos delanteros te permiten llevar una tablet o un portátil pequeño sin problemas. Además es muy ligera y compacta, en comparación con otras que he probado. Las correas de la mochila están bien, no esperes encontrar unos correajes similares a los de una mochila tipo montaña pero son bastante cómodos. El sistema de ocultación de las ruedas es mucho mejor que el de otras marcas ya que el velcro permite agarrar bien la tapa cuando la llevas como mochila, ya que evita que las ruedas te rocen. En conclusión, para mí después de usarla un par de veces, la mochila cumple. Veremos si sigue manteniendo él mismo nivel dentro de un tiempo.

Sac très pratique pour voyager , j’ai déjà pu le tester , il a l’air très solide . Dimension parfaite pour voyager avec valise cabine dans n’importe quelle compagnie .
