My resmed hose has a twist lock on it. i don't see a way to remove it. am i missing something or do you have one for that style?

Kevin, I was the buyer. Never seen a twist lock a hose. The one i purchased was plain and simple, no problems. You may want to take your hose to a business that sells C-Paps and get them to show you how to remove the twist lock.

Is this tube fit for resmed N20?

I say yes ! once had N20 forever !

Does this come with the clip you use to attach to your shirt?

No clip included. Just the stretch connectors at either end (one for the CPAP device and one for the mask connector).

Is this Dreamstation 2 compatible?

It is just standard size and attachments. It is not the slim hose which do not work for me at all. Hose is fine. Maybe not as thick as some but works as intended.
