Very Large Pan
Great Pan Debuyer has been doing this a long time and has their process down. It is very large and does not fit in a conventional 36” oven. On the Stove top it will Take up most of the stove but works great if you have a center burner. Terrific for Paella.

SENSATIONELL
Die Pfanne ist, in einem Wort, SENSATIONELL.90 Minuten lang mit einer dünn ausgeriebenen Schicht aus Rapsöl im Backofen bei 250°C einbrennen, danach 1 Stunde im Backofen abkühlen lassen und bei ca. 100° herausholen und mit heißem Wasser auswaschen.Danach die ersten Bratkartoffeln braten und: sehr gutes Ergebnis erhalten! Keine Anhaftung, planer Boden, hoher Rand (6cm), dickes Metall von ca. 3 mm, praktische 2 Griffe, die nicht heiß werden. Der Übergang des Bodens in die Seitenwände sind rund. Glückwunsch deBuyer! Super Pfanne.Für Paella, Bratkartoffeln, Gemüsepfannen, für Kurzgebratenes.Benutzung auf Induktion. Top!

la poêle des pros
Tout d'abord , c'est un beau produit, bien fini, qui respire la qualité.Elle pèse son poids 3.5 kg.Ce type de poêle se culotte (suivre les instructions)_ elle me sert à tout:*les entrecôtes quand je ne peux pas faire de barbecue car elle monte très bien en température, la viande est croustillante à l'extérieur et fondante à l'intérieur.*des omelettes géantes, que je retourne à la spatule.*des escalopes au citron que je finis au four*des panures finies au four dans cette même poêle,*des poissons*des pommes de terres sautées* on peut faire presque tout_ elle prend de la place 47 cm entre les poignées*sur la gazinière mais elle n'a pas de manche*au four je mets les anses dans la diagonale*dans le placard mais pas de manche_ elle est indestructible, je coupe dedans_MADE IN FRANCE

Der Boden wölbt sich in Mitte nach oben
Schon beim Einbrennen hat sich der Boden nach oben gewölbt! Das Öl läuft an den Rand, damit ist ein gleichmäßiges Braten nicht möglich!
