Styling Cream Touchable Moisturizing

This product is amazing. It smells wonderful. It moisturize my hair and makes my curls so bouncy without making them crunchy.. by far my favorite product they sell

Here is a description of my hair which hopefully helps. (Heads up to other reviewers: if you describe the hair care product but don’t provide a description of your hair, it’s not very helpful to others reading the review. We want to get a sense of how it will work for our type of hair.) I am in my 50s. I have very soft & very fine, porous, curly hair. 2c-3a. Mix of tight waves and ringlets. I keep it about chin to bottom of neck length. 50% grey but I color it regularly (salon, single process). I usually air dry, occasionally dry upside down with a diffuser if I’m trying to get more volume. It tends to go flat on top and straighter without wetting it & applying curl product on a daily basis. I have tried a gazillion products over the years and this is always the one I come back to. My curly cut stylists keep telling me to use mousse but it doesn’t do anything for me. They tell me cream is “too heavy” for my hair—but this works great for me. Soft & springy curls. Little to no “cast” to break up. Sometimes I use a little gel too to get more definition. Scent: To me, it’s sweet/fruity. I don’t love or hate it. To me the smell fades pretty quickly. I actually prefer a more fresh/floral/herbal/clean scent rather than sweet & fruity, but this is fine.(For reference: I HATE all strong scents or anything musky, woody, or “oriental” (it’s a perfume scent description, word, not mine).

I've used the DevaCurl products for a while as a girl with medium curly hair. I also have hair on the thinner side and hate heavy, or crunchy leave in creams. This one dries a bit crunchy depending on how much you use but just tousling it a tad (very little to not disturb curls) it softens up and even gives a bit of volume and shine. Good hold until next wash. It's a regular in my routine.

I most like it. It's not 100%, but it's good. I would but it again. A little goes a long way. Nice light scent. Lasts all day and even the next. You can add gel or mousse over it or wear on it's own. I have long wavy, thinning hair and it smoothes the fluff some. Doesn't leave me hair greasy.

Perfect for my curls

I went from having stick straight hair that was wash and go to a complete change over a two year period. Hello, curls (thanks, hormones!)!! I had no idea at all how to style it so I was going through this painful process of washing my hair, and then using the hair dryer and straight iron to make my hair straight again. I'm a huge believer in working with what you've been given, so my stylist showed me how to use this product to get beautiful curls. I'm a low maintenance person, and this is exactly that! I wash and condition my hair, brush it out. work a full pump of this product into my hair, brush it through, scrunch lightly, and go. My hair air dries and looks awesome! It isn't stiff or crunchy at all, and I can't even tell I have product in my hair (really important to me--I hate feeling sticky or crunchy). I get compliments on my curls. I love that I don't have to fight my hair. Nobody has time for that! Great product!! A bottle of it lasts a long time (I have hair past my shoulders), so don't pay too much attention to the cost. It's worth it!

I have ethnic hair, Egyptian to be more specific. I've been struggling to find a product that works with my hair and control the fly aways. This is the product! Every other product I've tried might look great on day 1 but after the first night my hair becomes a frizzy mess. I'm on day 3 (wash day) and it still looks great. If your wondering, just get it, you've got nothing lose but frustration.

Nice smell. Adds a little softness and bounce between washings.

It is a light cream, a perfect definition for my curly hair, and it is not sticky on my hands and hair; 100% recommended, plus the price is very competitive compared with the salon price.

Deva Curl products never ever fail to define and maximize my curls. I get soft ringlets and no frizziness. Love it!!! Used together, the shampoo, conditioner and defining cream give amazing results for my fine, curly hair. The coconut smell is less ‘perfume’ than most other lines I’ve tried over the years. Try it!!! It does not weigh down your hair. It is not crunchy. It gives soft natural curls.

Smells delicious, makes soft defined curls and waves in my naturally curly hair. Not crunchy, a little goes a long way and I will buy this product again.
