I don’t know where it’s made. but it’s perfectly made. I highly recommend getting it. It goes with a ton of different outfits and it’s my favorite hat . I would buy it again. anytime I wear it I get compliments on it.

I believe the hat was in a bag that was put in an Amazon shipping box. My order had multiple items. The hat has been a favorite for my daughter.
