Does it help your tummy go down or does it just slim your waist?

It rolled so honestly I don’t think I’ll be any help it said it supposed to stay in place but it does not mine rolled up it is the one size fits all but I feel like it didn’t work

It really works well. I just honestly don't know how people where it with jeans, it's not bulky, nor does it flip but it doesn't give me that natural feeling. It makes me feel stuffed. However, it's nothing negative about the product.
