I purchased this product than two months ago. Unfortunately, it started flickering after a short period of use and has now stopped working completely. The product is still under warranty, but I have not received any response regarding service support despite my attempts to contact the concerned team. There is no clear information available on where customers should approach for warranty service or repairs. I request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and arranging the necessary service support for this faulty product.
