Good quality, good odor: worth price
I used to think this was a cheap, generic brand – it is not, and it is not priced as one… But I’ve stuck with it. I’m a guy, and I think this was intended for women, but I like the light odor of the juniper berry ones, they are sturdy, and keep me odor free. I never feel uncomfortable while wearing them, and don’t get the ill effects of using an aluminum antiperspirant.

Value and clean!!! This deodorant works so well!
The media could not be loaded. This is the best deodorant out there. It’s light weight and I hardly notice it! I never smell, it doesn’t leave marks on my clothes, I glides on really well. Minimal clean ingredients that aren’t going to harm your body. Highly recommend this over any other “natural deodorant” and the price cannot be beat. So happy with it.

Effective Natural Deodorant Without the Frills
After trying several natural deodorants, I found that many either had overpowering scents or didn’t last through the day. This one strikes the right balance. It’s truly unscented, which is ideal for sensitive skin or those who prefer no added fragrance, and it provides reliable odor control. The formula uses baking soda and natural plant extracts, and it's free from aluminum, parabens, and artificial colors. It goes on smoothly without leaving residue, and it hasn’t irritated my skin at all.The 3-pack is a great value, and I like knowing I have extras on hand. If you're looking for a dependable, clean-ingredient deodorant that just works, this is a solid choice.

Yay a deodorant for metal allergies!
Over the past year or so, many signs have pointed to the fact that I am allergic to all sorts of metals. My wedding ring (white gold, which has nickel, rhodium, etc.) has left my finder with a constant rash, I have never been able to wear regular earrings without irritation, I've always been allergic to contacts and/or contact solutions, and my mom even said that the reason metal braces didn't work for me in high school is probably because I was allergic to them but they didn't realize it at the time. Similarly, over the past couple years, I have had a growing problem with deodorant - I've been using Dove for at least 20 years with no problem, until a few years ago when I started experiencing B.O. despite all efforts to get rid of it. I tried the prescription grade medicine. I tried using it more often. Nothing worked, until I switched to aluminum-free deodorant. I first tried Dove aluminum-free deodorant, but it's expensive at $10-12 per stick. So I went on Amazon to see what other options were available, and frankly, there aren't many affordable options.I tried this - at half the price of Dove aluminum-free, this Arm & Hammer (the brand my husband has used for decades) deodorant has been a miracle for me. No more B.O. at all. No more irritation at all. No stains on my clothes from the white stick (this is clear). I genuinely feel better.About the smell - yes, it kinda has a weird smell when you first put it on. The smell is vaguely rosemary and lavender, but somehow not the best it could be. It almost has an "old spice" weird smell. But the smell does fade quite quickly, and I've gotten used to the smell. I have always loved lavender and rosemary, just not usually together! hahaAbout the sweat-protection - I will admit that no, this doesn't provide quite as good sweat protection as other deodorants. But that's probably because it has fewer chemicals seeping into your armpits! I haven't really experienced a problem, but I have sweat a bit during a workout. At the end of the day, the B.O. I was previously experiencing is gone, so that's a much better result, even if I had to apply more than once per day.About the design and application - I will admit that this does not go on as well as my Dove did because of the design. I don't know why exactly, but I have to make sure the stick is pushed up really far to avoid being scraped by the plastic sides. This could get really annoying at the end of the stick, but I haven't gotten there yet (been using 1 month). I do really like that it's clear though so there is no residue or stains on my clothing. Conclusion: Yes, I will continue buying this until further notice, and I recommend for anyone with a metal allergy looking for an affordable option.

Great product, if you're patient...
Bear with me through an analogy- using this deodorant is kinda like doing the no-poo experiment. For those of you not familiar, no-poo is when you stop shampooing your hair, or at least only wash it rarely. Sounds gross, and for the first 2-4 weeks your hair will probably be a globby, greasy mess. But if you stick it out, something weird and cool happens. The expectations of your hair magically resets. Once you were stripping it everyday and it responded by overproducing sebum when you stopped. But having gotten used to this new natural paradigm, the hair suddenly dries out, softens, and starts better maintaining itself.Similarly, my pits didn't know what to do with this stuff for the first 2-4 weeks. Used to being all puckered and sealed by aluminum salts, I think they compensated by making me smell all catty and sharp when I started using this stuff. Seriously, I could hardly stand my own smell sometimes, even applying multiple times a day. I was tempted to call the aluminum-free experiment a failure. But in the last couple of days, something lovely has happened: my pits seem to have rebalanced and there is no smell on my sleeve pits AT ALL. Not even a good smell. It's as if the pit sweat that reaches the shirt is just water now. And hey, it's not the kind that discolors fabric anymore!YMMV, but based on this experience I think any initial disappointments are worth wading through. Give it a solid month, maybe even a month and a half, before you decide to call it a loss.
