Well-Packaged SAS Drives with Outstanding Customer Service
The drives arrived very securely packaged, each one mounted in a caddy and wrapped well, which I appreciated. Physically they were clean and looked well-handled. I ran full diagnostics on all of them after installation, and every drive passed its extended SMART tests and is now running smoothly in my server. There was a small hiccup in the listing details, which prompted me to reach out to the seller for clarification. What really stood out to me, though, was the seller’s communication. They responded the same day... on a weekend, after hours... at around 9:00pm my time and within about two hours of my original message. They were quick, professional, and genuinely willing to help. It’s rare to see that level of responsiveness, and it’s clear they care about making sure their customers have a good experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. The drives are performing well, the packaging was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again. PS: For anyone reading this — this review is specifically about the “Dell 4TB HDD SAS 3.5 Inch 7.2K Near Line, 202V7 (Near Line)” product. I often see people buy SAS drives thinking they are interchangeable with SATA. They are not. SAS drives are designed for servers and require a SAS-capable controller; they generally won’t work in standard consumer PCs.

I have bought a lot of these drives for various dell PowerEdge servers and have not had any issues with any of these drives.

Great vendor
These Dell drives were well packaged and already mounted in the caddy. Just inserted and locked in and we’re off the setup RAID. No issues. So I ordered more.
