What size will a girl that is 58 lbs and 4’5 wear

I would say that a extra small runs “approximately” 4-6, Small is 6-8, Medium is 8-10, Large is 10-12, and Extra Large is 12-14. So order depending on what size the girl wears, it’s fairly true to size. You may want to go a size larger to get more wear, but that’s me being frugal.Extra large fit my child nicely who is 100 pounds and can wear extra small in ladies. She loves them!
