Great product for sleep, muscle aches and more. People rarely get enough magnesium from food so it's a great supplement to make sure you get enough daily. I've had no stomach upset because it's highly absorbent in this form. The L Threonate helps with sleep as well.

This product has really helped me get some quality sleep. I have found though it takes about 4 capsules to really do the trick. It doesn't cause drowsiness just creates relaxation. I fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed and now drowsy

It helps me drift off to sleep initially, but the real miracle is how it handles my middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks. Usually, once I get out of bed, I'm awake for the rest of the night because my mind starts racing. This helps calms my system so well that I can get right back into bed and fall asleep effortlessly. I also wake up refreshed.

It does want it's suppose to do. It facilities memory. This is as good as any product on the market and at a much better price. I will continue using it along with my phosphotidal serine.

I've been using other stuff too try help my sleeping over past couple years,yes they did help but came with nasty side effects,sick of the side effects so right I thought I have to find something without the nasty side effects,This is IT, 💯 percent,it works great for good sleep at night & no nasty irritating side effects too deal with, okay a bit expensive but id rather pay than what I've been suffering with for years , terrible sleep, awful side effects of mainstream pharmaceutical stuff. This is now going to be a regular purchase, Also apart from above, I'm very stressed, anxious person,this magnesium calms me right down relives my stress, anxiety, only wish I'd found it years ago!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Magnesium L-Threonat. Ich nehme es seit fast einem Monat und merke schon eine deutliche Verbesserung: Mein Kopf fühlt sich klarer an und ich fühle mich insgesamt viel besser. Leider kann ich nicht die volle Dosis nehmen, da ich Kopfschmerzen bekomme, wenn ich zwei Tabletten auf einmal nehme, und außerdem Bauchschmerzen habe. Trotzdem bin ich froh, es zu verwenden und werde es weiter einnehmen.
