ITS GReat
This stuff saved my pop up canopy. It was relatively old and water was getting through the canopy. Talked to a buddy of mine who swore by this and I figured I’d give it a shot. Sprayed the entire 10x10 canopy fabric with this and it COMPLETELY waterproofed it!! No drips, no leaks, no NOTHING. Didn’t discolor and protects like no other as of now.

Good stuff at fair price ❗️
Good protection from water for just about anything. Large can size at a fair price. I have used this product for years and it works great.

Kept the Tent Dry Inside
I used this on a tent for water repellency. I will have to say it worked out well. Went camping in the Eastern Sierra's and went through a week of intense thunderstorms. The tent stayed dry on the inside and no moisture seeped through. Like other's have said, there is a strong kerosene smell when you apply the product. The smell did go away after a few days out in the open air.

Works Surprisingly Well, But the Smell is Brutal!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I was a bit skeptical at first, but Scotchgard Outdoor Water Shield has seriously impressed me. I used it on my outdoor cushions, a canvas tent, and a few backpacks, and so far, it’s repelling water like a champ. Rain just beads up and rolls off instead of soaking in, which is exactly what I was hoping for.Pros:✔️ Actually Works! – After applying, I tested it by spraying water, and it literally rolled right off. My outdoor furniture has stayed dry even after heavy rain.✔️ Easy to Apply – Just spray an even coat, let it dry, and you’re set. No crazy prep work needed.✔️ Versatile – This works on a ton of different materials—fabric, canvas, and even some softshell gear.Cons:❌ The Smell is STRONG – This stuff stinks. I expected a chemical smell, but it’s way more intense than I thought. It lingers for hours, so definitely apply it outdoors and let your items air out before bringing them inside.Final Verdict:If you can tolerate the smell, this is a game-changer for waterproofing outdoor gear. It’s easy to use and highly effective—I’ll be using it on all my outdoor fabrics from now on. Highly recommended!

Keeps us Dry
Sprayed this on our easy up canapy for my grandkids sports games so in case it rained or drizzled the rain would bead off, and it works great. Need to reapply every other year though.

Great time travel tool
Works great, I sprayed a bucket of water with this and it created a paradox wherein the water folded in upon and around itself and it opened a portal to medieval England (why England of all places I have no idea). I’ve been having a great time hanging out with the serfs discussing the limitations of feudalism.

Revitalized and old jacket that I love
My canvas & nylon jacket wasn't rain proof. A can of this and water beads right off. It smells like mothballs, so I hung it in the garage for a couple of weeks. The jacket is perfect now.
