Update 3/17 Contacted vendor and they responded the very same day. Sent replacements and offered advice on where to purchase stronger ground screws/stakes. Daughter really enjoys trainer and feel like it will greatly improve her kicking strength. Just purchased for 10 year old daughter and one of the ground screws broke in second use. Daughter really enjoyed it the first time and will definitely help with her kicking strength. I cannot find where to buy ground screws individually.

This is a better device than I expected! Quick setup and it can be used for practicing both lefty and righty kicks. It's so great to practice without chasing the ball. Also since it's setup inside, you don't have to worry about going out or to the field...you can do just a few minutes at a time - so much more practicing! It's very strong and really solid but also easy to carry.

I think this is a fantastic product. I did run in to 2 issues that I would recommend you consider before purchasing 1- the screw in stakes provided don't work well in my yard (Florida soil is sandy) 2- the package came with a football holder, kind of odd as it is sold as a soccer kicking trainer I solved the issue with the stakes. What would happen is I would screw the stakes that come with the trainer in the ground and my son would take 2-3 kicks and the unit would become dislodged. Then I would have to unscrew and find another area of ground to insert and the same thing happen need over and over. I ordered "ORANGE SCREW" LARGE through Amazon at 11.95 per screw, so it was $40.85 with shipping. These Orange Screws are awesome and secured the training unit extremely well. Now my son can use the device as designed! In the future, we may order the soccer ball holder, but for now the Football holder does hold the soccer ball, just not as nicely as the one made for the soccer ball.

Overall the product would be good if it there was a better way to secure it to the ground. I used the stakes that came with it to secure it to the ground, but one of them quickly came loose with the force of my kids kicking the ball. It will also ruin your grass. I am looking at options to use weighted bags so not to put it on grass, but not sure how good that will be.

We have been using the trainer for only a few days, but I can honestly say that this simple device is the best thing I have seen in training devices in years. The unit is made out of top quality materials, and is engineered in such a way that set up takes literally seconds. The anchors are simple to use, thanks to the handy bar that's also included. Breakdown is just as simple, and the way the unit folds into its storage position should ensure that its always protected. From a skill prospective, I'm amazed at how quickly the kids are getting more power after just a few days using it. The efficiency of not having to chase balls also pays dividends to the amount of reps they can get within such a short period of time. Great Product, and I recommend that all youth coaches bring one to the field.

Bought in February 2019. Used lightly indoors by my 10yo son. 2 months later, (about 10x, 10 minutes each time) the wire cable that holds the ball snapped. Amazon agreed to take it back but I’m getting around $25 less than what I paid. Better than having a $120 paper weight I guess. Decent product when it worked, poor quality though.

This is the single best device I’ve found for building strength for shots and long passes. The ability to get so many kicks in without chasing the ball is the key. My players all love it! They beg for extra turns.

I just got my Kick-it trainer and it is a revelation. I coach youth teams and every kid on the team wanted to be the kicker when I brought it to practice (that never happens). I also set it up in my backyard - very portable and easy to bring from place to place. I was just practicing some kicks myself so I can teach the kids and people were coming up my driveway to check it out. This is a really cool product that will definitely improve your kicker’s performance.
